In these roles, he developed deep expertise in operational excellence, financial management, and strategic growth planning for healthcare organizations.
In 2021, Kevin joined Harris Williams, a leading M&A advisory firm, where he focused on the healthcare and life sciences sector. This experience provided him with exceptional insight into market trends, buyer landscapes, and what makes clinical research sites attractive acquisition targets. He understands exactly what private equity firms and strategic buyers are looking for when evaluating potential investments.
