Kevin Ferguson brings over a decade of comprehensive experience in the healthcare industry, with specialized expertise spanning operations, finance, and business development. His unique background positions him as an invaluable strategic partner for clinical research sites looking to scale, optimize, or prepare for acquisition.

Throughout his career, Kevin has held several high-level leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations at HCA Florida South Tampa Hospital / West Tampa Hospital and Vice President of Operations at Clinical Research Partners in Richmond, VA. In these roles, he developed deep expertise in operational excellence, financial management, and strategic growth planning for healthcare organizations.

In 2021, Kevin joined Harris Williams, a leading M&A advisory firm, where he focused on the healthcare and life sciences sector. This experience provided him with exceptional insight into market trends, buyer landscapes, and what makes clinical research sites attractive acquisition targets. He understands exactly what private equity firms and strategic buyers are looking for when evaluating potential investments.

Drawing on this extensive experience, Kevin is now leading IPTB's expansion in the Tampa Bay region and into new CNS-related research areas. He brings a unique operator's perspective—someone who can evaluate your site, identify opportunities for improvement, make strategic decisions, and execute on operational plans that drive growth and value creation.
